Open to State agencies.
Use the Records Retention Form to establish a records retention schedule. Use the Records Disposal Authorization form to obtain authorization from Records Administration, Legislative Services Office and the State Archivist to discard inactive records. The CPIS inventory tags are used for all equipment that is purchased for state govenrment use.

State Records Manual
The State Records Manual (Statute 67-4126) was created to promote coordination and collaboration in records management across state agencies to establish standards and policies. The State Records Manual has been temporarily removed until it can be updated. Please contact the State Records Center at 208-327-7060 with questions.
